Try Yoga!
In 2016 we piloted a 6 week yoga class. This class was for those who felt uncomfortable trying yoga in a traditional setting because of physical limitations. Due to the popularity of that program, we once again offer:
Breathe, Move and Be Well Yoga
Tuesdays at 5:30 PM in Crawford 11A starting 1/17

For those who completed this entry level class and are ready to build their yoga practice might enjoy:
Slow Flow Yoga Wednesdays at 5:30 PM in Crawford 11A starting 1/18. This class is also a good starting point for those without physical limitations who are interested in trying yoga for the first time.
Space is limited in both classes. If you cannot register because the class is full, contact Mary Ann to be placed on a Waiting List.
