We’re certainly planning on it. Although our August was the busiest for us in a number of years, we believe our LA market will pick up a new velocity after the Labor Day break.
Undoubtedly, a new inventory of properties will be released post-Labor Day with anticipation of waiting buyers who have seen the slim Summer inventory and found it lacking. Hopefully, those new Sellers will give good thought to careful pricing.
We are at record high prices for almost all neighborhoods in our city.
