Caroline Chamber holds the first Women in Business Lunch & Learn for 2024!

The Women in Business Network, a vital part of the Caroline County Chamber, recently hosted its inaugural WIB Lunch & Learn event for 2024 in February at the Wharves on the Choptank Visitors Center! During this engaging session, participants delved into DISC Personality Training. Although not a novel topic, attendees gained insights not only into their dominant personality traits but also learned effective communication strategies—both personally and professionally. These newfound skills aim to reduce miscommunication and enhance cohesiveness.

WIB convenes quarterly and warmly welcomes all women seeking to connect with fellow professionals in our community. Our upcoming focus in May will be on Self-Care! 🌸🌿

2024 Caroline Chamber Scholarship Fund Applications being accepted now!

If you have a graduating senior (or are one) that has a GPA of 3.0 or higher, live in Caroline County and have been accepted into a two-year college, trade school or four-year college apply today! We plan to give out at least two $1000 scholarships.

Nominations are completed and we can't wait to share who has earned the titles such as Business of the Year, Agriculture of the Year, Innovative Excellence, Young Professional, Citizen of the Year, Business Leader of the Year and Rising Star!
