Last month, we brought together 911 leaders from across East Tennessee for our very first 911 & 988 Lunch and Learn! We presented the state of 988 in Tennessee with Michelle West from the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, as well as shared about CONTACT's 988 services locally, state-wide, and nationally. It was an enriching session delving into 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline service and operation, as well as how it complements our existing emergency services. We are excited for all to come in future collaborations and partnership!
