Virtual Tree of Love Celebration
and listed in the digital program.
$35 per name or 3 names for $100.
*An acknowledgment letter will be sent to a person of your choice. Names received by Monday, December 7, 2020
will be included in the event program.
Our annual Tree of Love Celebration, free and open to the entire community, will be virtual this year, allowing us to come together online during the holiday season and remember those who have touched our lives. 

This inspirational virtual event will include:
  • music
  • inspirational readings
  • reading aloud names of the loved ones being honored and remembered

Grief Support for the Whole Family
Thursday, December 10, 2020, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us for this FREE online workshop specially designed to support grieving children and families during the winter holiday season.
  • Complete a meaningful art project as a family
  • Express your grief and remember your loved one who died
  • Honor your loved one while bringing your family closer together
  • Learn coping strategies for handling holidays and special days

Appropriate for families with children ages 5-18. Space is limited.

Registration is required; registration deadline is December 4th.

Welcome Our New Board Member
We are honored to welcome the Honorable Craig Rice, a member of the Montgomery County Council, to the CaringMatters Board of Directors. Mr. Rice, a strong advocate for CaringMatters, openly shares his personal stories to help normalize conversations about loss and grief and encourage people to seek support. As a Board member, Mr. Rice's unique expertise and perspective will make an immediate and positive impact on the CaringMatters' community as we work to provide support during the pandemic and beyond.
