Online Community
Thank you to Maryland State Sen. Cheryl C. Kagan for welcoming CaringMatters CEO, Allison Stearns, as her guest for the latest episode of her online series, "Kibbitzing with Kagan" where they discussed the important work of CaringMatters' volunteers and staff as they worked through the challenges of the pandemic. We are grateful to have Sen. Kagan as a member of our Board of Trustees.
Virtual Folk Music Concert
If you're missing live music, be sure to join us for a fabulous virtual concert with a portion of the proceeds benefitting CaringMatters. On Saturday, August 7th at 8:00 pm, Maryland State Sen. Cheryl C. Kagan will be co-hosting the "Step Inside This House" concert featuring John McCutcheon, a six-time Grammy nominee and remarkably engaging singer/songwriter.
This concert will be the best of both of worlds – a “big venue” performer from the comfort of your own home. Normally, seeing John has meant higher ticket prices, large concert halls, and not seeing the stage clearly because of the tall guy sitting in front of you! John is generously donating 30% of ticket sales through Sen. Kagan's link to CaringMatters.

Ticket prices (on the honor system):
$20 single ticket $30 family/household $10 student
$5 unemployed $50 music supporter
