Community Based Counselor
CAVA is seeking Master's and Bachelor's level clinicians who will be responsible for providing counseling to individuals and families referred to Community Based Services. In this position you will have a broad range of tasks that will allow you to demonstrate your clinical abilities. Our Community Based Counselors provide counseling to clients and families utilizing an evidenced based approach through Structural Family Therapy techniques and are developing their skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma, and Attachment in their homes and community and receive intensive supervision through a multicultural relational perspective.
Outpatient Therapist
CAVA is seeking seasoned and/or newly licensed clinicians interested in joining our Outpatient Services Department. Clinicians will benefit from being part of a group dedicated to serving others while being supported in a group environment who enjoys being part of a team. Additionally, we provide an atmosphere which fosters professional growth and development.
CAVA's foundation is deeply rooted in Structural Family Therapy, a theory of change that has been researched and utilized for over 50 years. Clinicians are encouraged to develop their own clinical styles and specialties.
