CarePlus has provided an update to their Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage (NOMNC) form and the NOMNC Training Memo. The most noticeable change to the CarePlus NOMNC form is the revision of the document ID and update to the multi-language insert. The CarePlus NOMNC Training Memo was also updated to reflect these changes. Please share with your facilities to begin using immediately. Per CarePlus, effective 1/1/24 any outdated NOMNC forms issued will be considered an INVALID.
