Hello!

Wow! I am just absolutely blown away at what God did through VBS last month. He definitely showed up and was at work! Check out what He did!

We had 86 kids attend and our attendance each night was between 70-75 kids. This was our highest year in attendance and the most consistent yet! Many of the kids who came had not attended Canopy Roads prior to VBS! Most of all each child had the opportunity to hear the Gospel.

During the week, kids headed off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation. They stopped at the 7 ports of call where they learned about the Biblical events that have shaped our world - Creation, Corruption Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross and Consumation. Join me in praying that the things the children heard will have a lasting impact on their lives now that VBS has ended.

A total of 63 volunteers lived SENT at VBS! These amazing teens and adults participated in a variety of ways and served as grade level leaders, Bible teachers, assisted in games, dinner, snacks, check-in, security, tech and helped lead on stage helping kids have fun in the assembly time. We couldn't have done VBS without them! We are so grateful for such a wonderful team! Each one joined us in the CRBC vision to invest in the next generation of Christ followers! It wouldn't have been the same without them!

We had an epic time at VBS The Great Jungle Journey and we can't wait for next year! So join us next summer for VBS 2025 - Wonder Junction! Dates and details coming soon!

Throughout the VBS week the boys and girls had some friendly competition and brought in coins for Operation Christmas Child. Together the kids and volunteers brought in a 168 pounds of coins. That all turned out to be total of $927.92! We pray the proceeds will impact the lives of many boys and girls as they hear about Jesus through a shoebox this Christmas. Join us in praising God for all He did!

We want to say a very BIG thank you to everyone who supported VBS behind the scenes. Many people helped with decorations and donated snacks and prizes. You played a part in the success of VBS and we thank you for your generosity! We also say thank you to everyone who prayed for us before, during and after VBS. God answered your prayers and our hearts are full of gratitude!

Sundays This Summer in Canopy Kidz Elementary (K-5th)

During the month of July and August 4, we will have only one service at 9:30 am in Building B for kids in K-5. There will be no programs for K thru 5th grade at 11 am. Kids will join their parents for worship and activity bags will be available in the café. There will be no changes to preschool. We will resume our normal schedule on Back to School Sunday, August 11th.

5-Day Club | July 22-26 | 6:30 to 8 PM | CRBC Café

Kids in grades Kindergarten to 5th grade are invited to join us at Canopy Roads to hear dynamic Bible lessons, an inspiring missionary story, meaningful songs, life-changing Scripture memorization and enjoy yummy snacks, and fun prizes! 5-Day Club is the summer version of Good News Club! Pre-registration is not required. So invite your friends and neighbors and come join us!

FUN FRIDAY @ BANNERMAN | AUGUST 2

It's Fun Friday! Grab the whole family and come hang out with us at Bannerman Crossing! Event starts at 6:30 PM. You can come drop by just for a few minutes or you can stay a while! This is not a drop-off event—all children must be accompanied by an adult.

We want to celebrate the arrival of Blake Rya Anglin born to Bryant and Rachael Anglin and big sisters, Leighton and Halle Rae on June 5, 2024 weighing in at 7 lbs 8 oz and 19.5 ". Congratulations to the proud parents of this sweet little girl who has been added to their family!
