Campus Ministries Ready to Support Your College Students | |
Do you have church members heading to college next month? Many campuses have a Presbyterian or ecumenical ministry ready to support these young adults. Joining a campus ministry can help students create relationships, serve their community, and stay engaged with the church. Ask your college-age members if you can share their contact info with our campus ministers. Or encourage them to check our website and/or the UKirk website to find a program at their school. Join Tuckahoe for Story Hour | Join Tuckahoe Church for Summer Story Hour on August 20 at 4:00 p.m. Since 1992, Nancy Wanzong has delighted children in the Richmond area with her stories. Recently she added storytelling for adult audiences to her repertoire, with a focus on family stories and folk tales. Ice cream novelties and popsicles will be provided at the event.
