Certificate in Town-Gown Relations Level I and II
Our staff has been part of both the ITGA Certificate in Town Gown Relations Program Levels I and II.  These certificate programs have provided opportunities for us to learn from other college towns about their experiences in addressing so many of the complex issues that we face, ranging from community building to addressing dangerous drinking.

The ITGA Presidential Excellence Award
ITGA is accepting nominations for the Presidential Excellence Award. This award honors the extraordinary achievements of members. Recipients of the award will be recognized at the ITGA Conference in Fort Collins, Colorado. Submissions are due Friday, April 14. To submit a nomination, click here.

A Noisy Fight Over Parties Amplifies Housing Crisis
UC Berkley, a state appellate court found, failed to account for "excessive noise" when it considered the environmental effects of building housing for 1,100 students in a park abutting a residential neighborhood.
Revitalizing Small Towns Nationwide
T-Mobile is partnering with Small Growth America and Main Street America to help build stronger, more prosperous small towns and rural communities. The Hometown Grant Program awards up to 100 towns a year with project funding.
University of Exeter Twinned with Ukrainian University
The partnership will help restore higher education in Ukraine and ensure universities play a role in post-war reconstruction. The focus will be on themes such as energy security, human rights, and issues relating to trauma.
CSUnity Needs Volunteers to Lend Support to Community
The annual service day has attracted more than 2,000 CSU community members who collectively completed volunteer projects within the Fort Collins community. Projects include yard work and town-gown relationship building.
