ITGA is accepting nominations for the Presidential Excellence Award. This award highlights the extraordinary achievements of ITGA members. Horsetooth Reservoir, four miles from mid-town Fort Collins, has it all: fishing, boating, camping, swimming, scuba diving, rock climbing, and water skiing. Certificate in Town-Gown Relations Level I & II
Increase your town-gown expertise and expand your professionals skills with a Certificate in Town Gown Relations offered by ITGA. Certificate Level I, a 7-week virtual program, begins March 29-May 10 on Wednesdays from 11:00-1:00 (EDT). Certificate Level II will convene in Fort Collins, Colorado on June 6 from 9:00am-3:00pm. Bubbles and Fidget Toys Have Role in Student Success
Rows of shelves containing everything from card games to coloring sheets, fidget toys and aromatherapy cards, line the Bellin College Student Success Center, encouraging students, staff and faculty to take a moment and reconnect in the middle of a busy day.
Boot Camps with Mentors at Gonzaga University
Gonzaga University, is launching a set of tech boot camps in which students meet with mentors weekly. Rachelle Strawther, director of Gonzaga's Center for Lifelong Learning, commented that students rate their calls with mentors an average of 4.92 out of a possible five-point rating.
Webinar on 'Chinese Student Exploitation' a Success
Cooper Healey, ITGA board member, co-facilitated the Water Cooler Chat with Dave Wilson, a British Police Officer from West Midlands Police, UK. Dave provided insight into the exploitation within the university environment by crime groups.
Consulting Project Interacts with Local Businesses
The Master of Business Administration program at the University of Tennessee at Martin provided fall 2022 students the opportunity to work directly under the owners and managers of local businesses as outside consultants.
