$35 Enrollment Fee reserves your child's spot for the entire summer. You only pay for the weeks that your child attends. Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Pay the $35 Enrollment Fee by Friday June 14th and lock in the $100/week reduced rate.

How Do You Enroll?

Click the tab below to download and print the Enrollment Packet and Policy Agreement. Complete all 4 pages of the Enrollment Packet (one per child) and submit via fax (1-888-310-8767), scan/email to Info@OASISOutreachInc.com or call to schedule a drop off. Once the completed documents have been submitted, you can secure your child's spot with payment via PayPal (LCoston@OASISOutreachInc.com), CashApp ($OASISFoundationofNC/

919-827-3256) or with a credit card over the phone. Please note that all electronic payments (PayPal, CashApp and Credit Card) require a $2 processing fee. You can avoid the fee by making your payment via cash or certified funds on or before drop-off.
