We're excited to announce our new Medical Weight Management Clinic - a non-surgical program to help patients make permanent changes to improve their health and lose weight using scientific, patient-centered care.

The program focuses on nutrition, behavior, movement, and medicine. Our physicians are certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine and passionate about helping patients in the Mid-Ohio Valley.

Referrals can be made in Epic using: "CCM (Camden) Internal Med Weight Mgmt Clinic-Parkersburg" or via fax.

My Moment of the Month

This month, I was honored to visit my alma mater with two of my colleagues: Missy Covert, OT, MOT/L, Director of Rehabilitation Services, and Tracy Smith, RT(R), RDMS, RVT, Director of Radiology and Vascular Lab We gave a career talk to junior high students at Waterford Elementary School in Waterford, Ohio. Pictured with me to the right is Bella, the school's resident Golden Retriever.

Missy, Tracy, Bella, and I discussed our own career paths, stressed the importance of job shadowing, and answered questions from the students. Thank you for hosting us, Waterford!
