Listening to Black OST Leaders

In case you missed it . . . Khari Milner moderated a panel discussion with Out-of-School Time Leaders in Cambridge. Rose Francois, Interim Executive Director, Enroot; Telesha Mervin, Director, Kennedy-Longfellow Community School; and Erin Muirhead McCarty, Executive Director, Community Art Center all share their lived experience as Black Women Leaders.

We invite you to listen to our OST Leaders share their perspectives, practices, and strategies as they focus on healing for themselves and the staff they support and discuss their commitments to advancing racial equity and justice.

We encourage you to reflect on the pearls of wisdom from colleagues. What lessons and learnings can help inform and strengthen your leadership?

Summer 2022 Resource Fair and Space Request

Rollin' & Summer Resources Fair, Mar 26

This resource fair, which in lieu of Camp Night is being set up to help Cambridge Public Schools families get ready for summer, will take place on Saturday, March 26th, from 1-4:30pm, at the CSUS/King Open Building, located at 850 Cambridge Street. We invite you to come and set up a table to have families hear about and/or complete applications for your summer programs.

Please fill out this form to let us know you would like a table at the event! There will be a section for K-5 programs, Upper School programs and Health & Wellness resources.

Process for requesting use of CPS building space for Summer 2022

Khari Milner will be the point of contact for requests for space in Cambridge Public Schools for Summer 2022.

Click here to read more about how to submit a space request and the procedures that the district will be using to assign building spaces and ensure that we are utilizing our building spaces most effectively.

Cambridge OST Capacity and Expansion Study

Remember the June 2020 Organizational Program Profile Survey?

In April 2020, the Agenda for Children OST pulled together a survey to collect, compile, and aggregate organizational profiles to help us better share the story of our OST ecosystem and our collective capacity to provide quality, high quality out-of-school time programs for the children and youth of Cambridge.
