Experience Transformation at "Encounter" Worship Night| Fri., Jun 7 @ 7:00 PM

Join us at Calvary Church Oak Lawn for a special cross-campus evening of worship and prayer at our upcoming "Encounter" event on June 7th at 7:00 PM. This gathering is more than just a night of worship – it's an opportunity for us as a community of believers to seek a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit.

Vacation Bible School | June 17-21 from 6-8 PM

At Breaker Rock Beach VBS 2024, kids will learn that God’s truth never changes in this world of shifting sands. Kids will be challenged as they discover that God’s truth never changes, everyone needs Jesus, and learn to speak the truth in love. Adventure awaits each day as kids play games, enjoy crafts, spot orcas, fly kites, and watch the mighty waves crash up against the immovable Breaker Rock!

Coffee Break | Tuesdays June 4, 11, 18, & 25 at 9:30am in Fellowship Hall

Sunday Funday! | June 9 After Service at Wolfe Wildlife Park

Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to Wolfe Wildlife Park following service to eat together, play games, and fellowship with the community of Oak Lawn. This is a great opportunity to engage with the Oak Lawn community and share the transformational love of Jesus with those around us.

Father's Day Photos | Sunday, June 16

We are collecting photos of Calvary fathers and grandfathers with their kids to be shared in a video compilation on Father's Day, Sunday, June 16. Help us honor the fathers in our church by uploading these photos by June 9.

It takes many people to make our Sunday services warm and inviting. Sign up for a 30 minute role on a Sunday morning to help make everyone feel welcome! Serve Team sign-up will be in the west entrance lobby on Sunday.

Join a Connect Group

Go beyond the sermon with 4 groups that gather between Sunday and Thursday to go deeper into the sermon scripture or venture into another study of the Bible. If none of those work for you, let us know and we can discern if God wants to start a new group! DonnaM@thisiscalvary.org.

Monthly Prayer Gathering

Join us in the Worship Center for our monthly prayer meeting to pray for our church, local community, and the nations. We meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Seniors Fellowship | June 12

You are invited to join our Seniors (age 60+) for a time of fellowship and lunch! This group meets monthly on the second Wednesday at 12:00 PM. Please let Theresa Wiltjer know if you plan to attend so she can plan accordingly for food purchases. 708-489-6680
