Dear Ohio Activist,



Ohio election systems and processes are vulnerable to voter registration and absentee ballot fraud based on evidence of alleged bulk fraudulent submissions from canvassers employed by Black Fork Strategies. The basis for Ohio election vulnerabilities to voter records is reliance upon the “honor-system,” and rules put in place by Ohio Secretary of State LaRose that direct Boards of Elections to treat unvetted (non-validated) records as fully-qualified eligible electors authorized to sign petitions and vote absentee.

With tens of thousands of newly arrived non-citizens in Ohio (like Haitians) and over 250,000 records in question, Ohio’s elected officials must mitigate risk of exploitation and susceptibility to fraud in the election system by bad actors before early voting! 

This call to action asks Secretary of State Frank LaRose to take additional lawful measures under direction of law and authority granted to his office to expand protections over ballot access by requiring mismatched and out-of-state voter records to vote a provisional ballot. A Provisional Ballot protects against denial and dilution of the vote by requiring a non-fully verified voter record to only vote in person and reconcile the missing and invalid information in the record BEFORE that vote counts. This is common sense and will deter and reduce voter fraud in the upcoming 2024 Nov election.

Thank you to the House Representatives who have already displayed bold leadership in support of this letter to SOS LaRose agreeing that election integrity legislation is a priority in the House, and also asking the SOS to take all measures within his authority to help secure the the 2024 election before early voting starts.
