A Home for Leslie Ann
It takes a team to make dreams come true!
CalHFA recently had the opportunity to chat with recent homebuyer Leslie Ann about the home she purchased in Oakley, CA using the CalHFA Forgivable Equity Builder Loan Program. Leslie Ann is a single mom and a nurse who is also continuing her education to advance her career. As busy as she is, she made time to work with a CalHFA lender and a real estate agent to chart a course to achieve her dream of owning a home. Leslie Ann’s loan officer and Realtor worked together, took the time to understand her needs, and identified strategies and programs that she could combine to make it happen.
