Join us for Chef Jesuit Paul Nugas, winner of 3 silver medals for his cake creations, in the first of a two-part hands-on cake decorating. Jesuit will show you how to use handmade fondant to cover cakes, how to use stenciling designs, how to make simple sugar flowers and a royal icing splattering technique that you can easily recreate on your own!

In this second cake decorating class, Jesuit will take you to the next level! He'll show you how to cover square cakes with fondant, how to make ribbons and bows, and how create a variety of elegant flowers. He'll demonstrate quilting techniques and how to make the most unique wired decorations. This class is designed to give you the skills and the confidence to create your own incredibly lavish cakes!
