Summary
Head of Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, and International Operations
- Operations Executive with over 25 years of experience in building and managing Global Contracts and Strategic
Sourcing Teams in support of all lines of business (e.g. IT, Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, and Accounting /Finance) across highly regulated verticals.
- Establish scalable infrastructure to support the completion of large spend, high volume and complex agreements in a service-oriented model.
- Responsible for leading and managing all vendor negotiations.
- Experienced in leveraging and deploying technology to improve operational efficiencies – e.g., Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Leadership: Extensive experience building and leading Contracts and Vendor Management teams including offshore/nearshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations
- Budgetary Responsibility: Annual managed spend in support of the business $350 million+
- Location: Open to work Remote, Hybrid, or 100% Onsite within the Los Angeles area. Has an active passport if travel is required.
- Sizes of staff overseen: 18 FTEs (inc. 2 Contractors) with shared oversight of a nearshore/offshore operation having 3,000+ headcount (through offshore partners).
- Education: MBA in Marketing, BBA in Information Systems
