Farm CSA
A CSA, or Community Supported Agriculture program, enables you to
have your own personal farmer .
The CWRU Farm season runs from June - October, and you can elect to receive a weekly bag for the entire season or just one month at a time.  All produce at the CWRU Farm is grown in accordance with organic methods - that means
no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides here!

Did you know that Relay For Life at Case Western Reserve University is open to staff and faculty?  This 15-hour fundraising event will take place starting at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the North Residential Village Track. 
Join the CWRU Faculty, Staff and Friends team.

Due to an incredibly positive response to SMART 1.0 and SMART 2.0, the team at UH Connor Integrative Health Network has created SMART 3.0. Dr. Francoise Adan, Medical Director,  will guide the class through an 8-week program to learn new tools to expand participant experience and to enhance self-awareness.

Pre-Requisite: SMART 1.0 AND SMART 2.0

Learn how to effectively manage stress and improve your overall health and wellbeing with Stress Management and Resilience Training (S.M.A.R.T.), an 8-week interactive workshop series.

S.M.A.R.T. 2.0
A more intensive workshop designed to build upon the experience and skills developed in the S.M.A.R.T. program.  Strengthening and adding new tools for stress resilience skills will enhance participants' ability to create positive sustainable behavior change leading to optimal health.

Practicing meditation regularly can help reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and improve general wellness leading to greater workplace productivity.

Workstation Workout
During this 6-week class, participants will be led through a series of body weight and resistance band exercises for a full body strength workout. This routine is designed to be done at the workstation or almost anywhere.
