This program is a step-by-step program for ending nicotine use through self-discovery and group support, including aspects of behavior change, importance of good nutrition, exercise and stress management.

A collaborative effort between the CWRU Wellness Program, University Health Service and the School of Nursing will allow faculty and staff five opportunities to receive a free flu shot on campus this fall. Walk in visits for flu shots will be available on:
Veale University Center, Senior Conference Room A
9 am - 1 pm
School of Nursing, Faculty Staff Lounge
8:30 a.m. - 12:30 pm
Crawford Hall, Room 209
9 am - 1 pm
In addition, flu shots will be available during the Benefits Fair at the Tinkham Veale University Center on Wednesday, November 11
th and Thursday, November 12
