In preparation for designing an Element E for the upcoming CTSI renewal, we are seeking ideas for multi-disciplinary, team-based translational science projects.

As per the NOFO, these projects must address a roadblock in translational science. Specifically, projects must not only “address a translational research question in a particular disease or intervention development/dissemination context, but also provide generalizable CTS innovations or insights that can be applied to other translational research projects.” Learn More

The CTSI aims to fund three mini sabbaticals annually at other academic and research institutions, which are intended to encourage intellectual growth and multidisciplinary and inter-institutional collaboration. Foreign travel is not allowed on this award. Learn More
The BU CTSI Voucher Program
Applications are Accepted on a Rolling Basis.

The Voucher Program supports the short-term needs of investigators that are not otherwise covered by grants. Vouchers are intended to enable preliminary work, generate data for new or ongoing projects, and/or secure fee-based core services for expert consultation services.
