HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH CELEBRATION
 
 

Carolina Small Business Development Fund will be hosting our annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration on October 1, 2024 from 6-9 p.m. at Junction West in Downtown Raleigh.


The event, presented by Wells Fargo, will feature information for small business owners, networking opportunities, and a celebration of NC's vibrant ecosystem of Hispanic entrepreneurs.

MINORITY ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT (MED) WEEK

October will also bring Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week celebrations across the state of North Carolina. MED Week recognizes and celebrates the achievements and impacts of minority entrepreneurs across North Carolina, and provides opportunities for networking, expanding, and strengthening businesses.


Check out these scheduled events in Charlotte, the Cape Fear region, Durham, as well as a statewide celebration of MED Week in Raleigh, and be on the lookout for your local MED Week celebration as well!
 

SUCCESSION PLANNING WORKSHOP
 

U.S. Bank, Women’s Business Center of Charlotte, and NCGrowth have joined forces to host a succession planning workshop for small business owners on Sept 12 in Charlotte, NC. The workshop will feature presentations and discussion sessions with our community partners and other experts, all designed to help small business owners tackle the complexities of wealth building and succession planning.
