Thank you all for your service to our community. Two weeks after Easter, the Catholic Relief Services Collection will be held in our Archdiocese on the weekend of April 30 and May 1. This annual, national collection helps support the work of six organizations: Catholic Relief Services, the USCCB Department of Migration and Refugee Services, the Catholic Legal Immigration Network Inc., the USCCB Secretariat for Cultural Diversity in the Church, the USCCB Department of Justice, Peace and Human Development and the Holy Father's Relief fund.
Your generous support from the pulpit, in your bulletin, newsletter, and social media as well as through posters throughout your facilities contributes to the collection's success and to an enhanced global solidarity among your parishioners.
A few notes:

Thank you again for encouraging your parishioners to a deeper understanding of global solidarity. I can only imagine the thanksgiving parents and their children in the poorest parts of the world offer because of the generosity of you and your parishioners to the Catholic Relief Services Collection.
In Christ,
