CRPO is recruiting peer assessors to carry out Peer and Practice Reviews, which help members improve their practice so that they meet or exceed the standards of the profession. Peer assessor Josée Brouillette, RP, says that she applied for the role for a few different reasons:
"Working as a team to enhance the Quality Assurance process, learning new skills, meeting RP's with different practice sites/client populations and understanding how they apply the competencies and professional standards to those sites/client populations were all very attractive aspects to me…I wanted to ensure that my knowledge of the professional standards was of highest priority, and thought this would be a perfect way to ensure this.”
Peer assessors need five years’ extensive clinical experience and an interest in leadership.
