The New CRCC Connect is Now Available!

Hello Pam,

As part of our continuous effort to provide you with the best possible service, CRCC is pleased to announce a new and improved CRCC Connect, powered by CredHQ.

You are now able to log in to CRCC Connect. We appreciate your patience during the scheduled maintenance.  

With the launch of the new system, your login information has not changed. Please continue to log in with the email address and password you use now. As a reminder, here’s how to log in: 

1) Visit www.crccertification.com 

2) Click the green CRCC Connect button at the top of the webpage 

3) When the login screen opens: 

• Enter your username (e-mail): 

• Enter your password: 

• Click the Login button 

***If your e-mail address is not in the system, please contact CRCC. DO NOT CLICK the REGISTER BUTTON.*** 

Reviewing Your Account Information 

Upon logging in, you may be asked to review and confirm the following information on file: 

• Email Address 

• Phone Number 

• Address 

• Communication Preferences 

You may also be asked to review your demographic information. Please take a moment to update your job title and employment setting information. 

Webinars for New CRCC Connect Experience 

Welcome Webinar 

To help familiarize you with the new look of CRCC Connect, we will be hosting a welcome webinar to walk you through the new changes. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, July 30th at 10 a.m. PST/12 p.m. CST/1 p.m. EST.
