50th Anniversary Celebration

A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to tomorrow's Gala, whether by purchasing tickets, spreading the word, or volunteering your time. We're thrilled to announce that the event is officially sold out! For those who are unable to attend, please know that your generous contributions will continue to bolster our vital programs and initiatives.

We're excited to welcome some special guests tomorrow night, including D.C Mayor Muriel Bowser and our emcee, Alberto Pimienta, news anchor for NBC/Telemundo.

We will be honoring two incredible organizations and our founder during our Gala. This year’s Legacy Award honoree is founder and President Emeritus Sonia Gutierrez, and the Champion Award honorees are long time partners UnidosUS and RDF.

Don’t Forget - Mini Springtime Outreach and Recruitment Campaign

The Development and Communications Department is conducting a mini-outreach campaign to expand awareness of our School’s mission and outreach to new communities. This will strengthen our ability to recruit students during registration periods and to target hard-to-reach or new communities. We still need your help!

We are asking that everybody chip in and help distribute flyers in and around our community.

Here’s how you can support us

  • Let interested folks know they can add their names on the interest list for the Fall 2024 semester.
  • Share any flyers in this link with students, partner organizations, friends, families, schools, places of worship, community shops, or anyone who might be interested. All Carlos Rosario School employees can download any flyers they want to share.

Thank you for helping us spread the word!

Washington Hospital Center Collaboration with Nurse Aide Program

It was a great opportunity for them to gain valuable experience and learn from experienced professionals.

The Washington Hospital Center has been a strong employer partner with our program, with over 100 Nurse Aide Training graduates currently working at the hospital.
