Elections BC is looking for an experienced communications professional for an exciting temporary opportunity to support readiness for and delivery of electoral events.

To apply for this position, tell us why your background and personal leadership qualities prepare you to be our Manager, Communications and external spokesperson. You will need to convince us that you understand the role of Elections BC as an independent Office of the Legislature, and our role in delivering electoral events and being responsible for provincial and local electoral finance. You will need to show us how your experience has prepared you to lead a team that provides a full range of corporate communications services, including public and media relations, event communication strategies, communications policies, statutory reports, province-wide public education programs, desktop publishing services, and inquiry services.
Elections BC is a non-partisan Office of the Legislature responsible for administering electoral processes in British Columbia in accordance with the Election Act, Local Elections Campaign Financing Act, Recall and Initiative Act, and Referendum Act.
This is a temporary position.
Salary range is between $72,200 - $100,000.
