Receive Your Rebate Via ACH
If you would prefer to receive your rebate via electronic deposit rather than paper check, please submit this ACH authorization form to CPP at cpp@nationwidechildrens.org or fax it to 614-722-2149. If you already submitted this form to CPP, you do not need to complete it again.
Sanofi Service Disruption and System Blackout
Sanofi recently announced they will be undergoing a system update to help streamline operations and increase data visibility into the future.
The update will include a vaccine ordering blackout period from May 24 through June 3. To minimize impact to patient care, Sanofi recommends adjusting your vaccine orders prior to May 17th to ensure you have enough vaccine supply to last through June 17th.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase other vaccines through VaccineShop.com (Merck, Pfizer, etc.), those vaccines will be impacted as well.

CPP has created a Vaccine Management Calendar for our members. Important vaccine management reminders have been placed in a calendar format.
Please feel free to customize the calendar to fit your practice timeline or add activities. In the "Calendar" tab, there are links to helpful resources for some of the activities. There is also a printable version for those who wish to display the calendar. To print, simply download the file into Excel and then print.
