Self-care is necessary for everyone and people who provide behavioral health services are no exception. The need to take care of ourselves – physically, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually – has become that much more challenging in the COVID era. Yet the fact is that we cannot provide high quality care to others if we are not healthy and well. This Webinar will discuss the challenges involved in self-care in both our personal and professional lives and offer suggestions and advice that will hopefully be helpful and stimulate an interactive discussion.

You will earn a certificate for participating in this webinar. CEUs will not be provided.
