MARCH 17, 2020
Dear Clients,
During this time of unprecedented disruption to every aspect of our lives, we remain focused on the health and well-being of our attorneys and staff, and the continuity of legal services to our clients.
We’ve allowed our attorneys the option of working remotely out of concern for their safety and, for some of them, to be with their children who are out of school. For those lawyers who are in the office, we are doing our best social distancing, washing our hands, and frequently disinfecting central “touch points” such as doorknobs. We miss seeing all of our lawyers and staff together in our offices and we’re hoping to reunite soon.
While working remotely, our regulatory, transactional and general counsel attorneys can securely access every document and practice tool they might need to serve you, and can work much as they can when at their desks in our offices. Since the COVID-19 alerts and closings began, we’ve continued to track closings at and announcements from the various Commissions and regulatory agencies where we practice. Our lawyers remain accessible and are available for contact through Skype, Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeetings, and other formats. Voice mails to our lawyers are forwarded automatically to their respective emails, so they can return your calls promptly.
We expect, based on the latest news, that we’ll all be in this mode for a while. Our commitment to you is that our level of service will not change.
We encourage all of you to take all precautions to ensure that you, your family, and those around you remain safe and healthy.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
