May 2023

Chief's Welcome

As the temperature gets warmer in the summer, so does the potential for criminal activity in our city. If you go out of town, please schedule a Vacation Watch. If you see anything suspicious or something that looks out of the ordinary, please call us to come and check it out.

When you come home from work or vacation, please secure your vehicle and do not leave any personal belongings in it. If you are away for an extended period of time, please make sure your residence is locked, your alarm / cameras are working, the exterior of your dwelling is well lit at night, and your neighbors are frequently checking your mail and the perimeter of your home to make sure everything is secure. These are just a few things you can do to help us make sure you and your family are safe, your possessions are protected, and the quality of life in our city is highly maintained for all who live, work, play, and visit our very supportive Johns Creek community.

Blessed, honored, and grateful to serve you and to work alongside a dedicated and passionate team who protects and engages our citizens with a true purpose and mission of putting others before self.

JCPD Spotlight on Worth It Wednesday

Worth It Wednesday

The school year has recently come to an end, so we’re looking back at the Johns Creek Police Department Worth It Wednesday program, which involves police officers and Johns Creek Fire Department firefighters engaging with school children and administrators.

Public safety personnel read books to children and hold discussions to help build relationships based on mutual trust and understanding.

We’re looking forward to continuing the program in the 2023-2024 school year!

Welcome JCPD's newest officer!
