December 2023

Chief's Welcome

A New Year means more opportunities for our agency to strategically protect and engage with you and your families. It is also a good time for myself, our employees, and officers to self-reflect on how we can improve our services to our citizenry. One of our important goals for 2024 is in the area of “growth.” We want to enhance opportunities for growth within our organizational culture, leadership, and cultivate continued career development opportunities for the professional men and women at the JCPD. We feel advancement in these areas will not only continue the standard of excellence within our department but will also have a very positive trickle down impact with our base, which is the community we serve.

I hope you have a blessed, prosperous, and Happy New Year!
