April 2024

Chief's Welcome

I hope this finds your spring has started off well in our wonderful city.

As I have mentioned before, we cannot protect our community and obviously build partnerships with our citizens alone. Please know and rest assured our

officers are patrolling our streets, parks, trails, neighborhoods, and businesses with you and your family’s safety and quality of life in mind.

If you see something suspicious please call 911, if you leave your home for vacation please complete a vacation watch request, lock your vehicle without leaving your valuables or keys in it, and if you’ve had too much to drink please have a designated driver or call a ride-share.

These simple steps will greatly help us to improve our service and connection to our very supportive community. We are striving to make a difference every single day.

Respectfully,

~ Chief Mark Mitchell

Chief of Police
