Hello, Bailey-

Maybe you are struggling this time of year; many people are.

Sometime in the next few days, I pray that you’ll sense God’s love for you and for the world. I pray that you'll experience the peace of Christ.

Maybe when you light a candle on Christmas Eve. Maybe when you hear a song on the radio. Maybe when you connect with family or friends. Maybe when you watch “The Grinch.”

Or maybe when you pray. Prayer helps us to be alert for those moments when we can experience God’s love. Megan and I have compiled some prayers and readings for this season, including a couple you could use at Christmas dinner. Click on the image to check them out.

If you’re in the area, I hope you’ll join us on Sunday. We have a wonderful Christmas pageant at 10am, and we have candlelight worship at 6pm and 8pm. If you’re traveling, I hope you’ll find a church and worship there, and/or connect with Covenant on our YouTube page.

Christ is born, bringing peace, hope, joy, and love to the world. Christmas blessings to each of you!

On the journey together,

Charlie
