Timely and complete reporting of injuries and other incidents that occur while participating in Scouting is important. They help us to evaluate safety concerns and trends throughout the organization and promote continuous safety improvement of our programs. The sooner a clear, concise and complete incident report is made, the sooner an appropriate response to the incident can occur.
