COJECO RJKrug: Russian Jewish Heritage Program for Families announces its open session. Join us for a virtual tour in the world-class Egyptian galleries at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Journey back in time to Ancient Egypt, and explore the Exodus story through the eyes of the Egyptian society and Mythology.

Managing Anxiety in Times of Uncertainty

Victoria Drob is a Nationally Board Certified (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in New Jersey. Victoria will give a talk on mitigating our anxieties in these times of uncertainty.
We do not have to be victims to our anxiety. We can take concrete actions towards our well-being and manage these turbulent feelings.

COJECO Academy of Russian Jewish Heritage: How Russia Greeted the Jews
Tuesday, April 7, 8:30PM
At this session we will get acquainted with the events of the late 18th - early 19th centuries. At that time about two million Polish-Lithuanian Jews fell under the rule of the Russian crown. We will find out how Russia considered what to do with its' new subjects and how the Jews reacted to it.
Yigal Kotler, a historian and author, COJECO Director of Jewish Education, will lead the participants through Russian Jewish History, exploring historical sources, archaeological evidence, and discussing numerous questions that are still a subject of debates between various scientists and historians.

Marina Revich-Kravzov, MS, OTR/L, is a registered and licensed occupational therapist. In this live streamed lecture Marina will discuss Sensory Processing Disorder in kids and share the ways to diagnose and help treat this disorder.

OpenDor Media presents
Game Changers - Live Shows with Jewish Thought Leaders
COJECO is partnering with OpenDor Media to bring thought leaders directly to our community. Twice a week, we'll introduce you to Jewish thought leaders who are breaking the mold and impacting the Jewish world. You'll even get a chance to ask them questions in the live QA. Each 30-minute episode will feature an interview with a leading Jewish personality. We will explore their background and learn about how they became Jewish change makers.
