Student & Staff Recognition

Veterans Day Ceremony

Assistant Band Director Brad Brooks ReUps

Besides enjoying the beautiful music played by band and sang by the choir as well as the wincredible writing and readings, Veterans Day Ceremony was made extra special when Assistant Band Director Brad Brooks took the oath to continue his commitment to the US Army. Brooks currently is a reservist stationed in Arkansas. He attended a monthly reserve weekend as a drill sargeant. He also spends his summers dedicated to being a soldier. Thank you Sgt. Brooks for helping keep us safe.

Special recognition to Kathryn Connor with 5K Sweets who donated 4 dozen red, white and blue star cookies for the veterans and their families, Jayme Kendrick and Meredith Scheer donated and assembled the patriotic balloon displays for picture opportunities and backdrop.
