Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church is a congregation that
values a diversity of belief. Whether you're full of faith or full of doubt,
you'll find people who have been there and accept you for where you are.
We welcome all people to worship, pray, eat, seek spiritual answers and enjoy life within this community of faith. All are welcome!

This past Sunday, I mentioned the Book of Confessions in my sermon about John 9. The Book of Confessions contains the 12 formal statements of faith structured as creeds, confessions, and catechisms of our connectional church family. We share sections of these statements each Sunday in worship to participate in the proclamation of what it is that we believe together as a community of faith.
Here is a link to an informative article about the Book of Confessions if you would like to learn more about them and their place within the Reformed Tradition. I would love to speak with anyone about these theological statements or about the history of how God has been at work within our connectional church.
Gratefully,
- David
