Grant Award Announcement:
After reviewing 15 applications from our partner organizations, the CHNA 6 Grant Distribution Committee is very excited to offer funding to 7 projects at $385,961 for our first year grant cycle. For complete list of grant awards and summaries, click here

Greater Milford Community Health Network (CHNA 6) is one of 27 Community Health Network Areas (CHNAs) across Massachusetts. We serve the 13 communities of:
Bellingham, Blackstone, Douglas, Franklin, Hopedale, Medway, Mendon, Milford, Millville, Northbridge, Sutton, Upton and Uxbridge. CHNA 6 is a
partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health,
the Milford Regional Medical Center,
local service agencies, schools, businesses, Boards of Health, community health centers and other health organizations, as well as other concerned citizens who are working together to build healthier communities.
