CHARMTV TO TELEVISE AND STREAM LIVE MAYOR PUGH'S INAUGURAL STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS

(March 13, 2017) - CharmTV will televise and stream live Mayor Pugh's State of the City Address on Thursday March 16, 2017 at 3 pm.
Viewers may view the broadcast live on the CharmTV network located on Channel 25 on Comcast in Baltimore City.
