Clean energy revitalizing communities: 5 key projects


Since the passage of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), the U.S. has witnessed a surge in clean energy development. In just the past 18 months, more than 300 clean energy projects have been announced, attracting over $123 billion in investment capital, creating 105,000 jobs, and revitalizing communities across the country.


CICE identified 5 major clean energy projects as examples that bring significant economic investment to smaller cities and rural communities.
