WE STAND WITH ISRAEL IN THEIR HOUR OF NEED!
Please, if you are able, to assist Israel and donate to the Jewish National Fund or the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County who have setup special funds ear-marked 100% to assist those in need in Israel that have lost loved ones, been injured, or have had loved ones kidnapped by the Hamas yesterday during Shabbat and Simchat Torah. We need to help Israel and her people under attack. Please help if you can.

CHAG SAMEACH!
In Israel and in many congregations throughout America, that generally observe one day of holidays, rather than two, Shemini Atzeret is observed concurrently with Simchat Torah, the festival of “Rejoicing in the Torah,” which arrives directly after the seven-day holiday of Sukkot. L'Dor Va-Dor celebrated Simchat Torah with Shabbat this past Friday evening, October 6th, with a parade around with Israeli flags, dancing, singing, and "holy rollers" helping to roll the Torah. If you missed this special celebration, please CLICK HERE to watch the recording of the service with Rabbi Barry Silver, Cantor Carol Garrett, and all those who helped to roll the Torah and made this a joy-filled evening, filled with music and engaging words!
Yizkor, a memorial prayer for our loved ones is usually recited on Shemini Atzeret (one of the four recitations per year). To this end, we provide you with the beautiful Book of Remembrance from our Yom Kippur service, which includes several readings and prayers for Yizkor. Please CLICK HERE to view this booklet online. We also invite you to view our beautiful and meaningful Yom Kippur Yizkor service by CLICKING HERE. May the memory of our loved ones be for blessings.

We are looking for professionals or businesses, who would like to advertise within our email newsletters for FREE! If they provide a service to our members and friends, like the Real Estate offer by Ron Chazan (see above), these professionals/businesses could give back to L'Dor Va-Dor, and thus we would have a win-win situation all around. You benefit and L'Dor Va-Dor benefits!
So if you know a lawyer, accountant, financial planner, medical doctor, repair person, electrician, a/c service, plumber, optician, restaurant, store-owner, or other service-provider, professional or business owner,
please let them know of our offer!
Any questions, you or they can call us at 561-968-0688. Thank you in advance.
