Transcripts for High School Students (Grades 9-12)

Transcripts are now available for high school students in Parchment. Students can access unofficial transcripts free of charge by creating an account. Parents can order official transcripts for $4.50. Please be advised that orders for official transcripts will only be processed if the destination is an official institution (college, university) and will not be released to the parent/personal e-mail accounts.

Students received Parchment account activation e-mails to their CEC student e-mail accounts. Students can follow the directions in their e-mail to obtain an unofficial self-view transcript that reflects Fall 2023 coursework. For tutorial videos, follow this link and view the "Unofficial Self View for K12 Learners" video: https://vimeo.com/showcase/k12-learner

2024-2025 Residency Affidavits Coming Soon

Students who are enrolled in public online schools in the state of Colorado must have an annual residency affidavit signed and on file for each year that they are enrolled in public online schools. 2024-2025 residency affidavits will be e-mailed to every student's primary guardian on file in Infinite Campus starting in March and will require your signature to be eligible for enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year. Please keep an eye out for this form starting in March.

Student Withdrawal Process

If you plan to leave CEC Online Campus at any point this semester or at the end of the school year to attend another school, please notify a staff member as soon as possible or reach out to jessica.connelly@coloradoearlycolleges.org to start the withdrawal process. A signed withdrawal form is required for all students who leave the school and helps us track to where students enroll. Thank you for your cooperation!

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year is Open!

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is open. Families currently enrolled and attending CEC Online Campus will be automatically enrolled for the new school year and should not submit another enrollment application. If you plan to attend another school within or outside of the Colorado Early Colleges network next year and will not continue enrollment with CEC Online Campus, please reach out to Registrar Jessica Connelly (jessica.connelly@coloradoearlycolleges.org), as soon as you know your plans.

Hello Students and Guardians,

Welcome back from Spring Break! We hope everyone had a rejuvenating and restful time off! As we dive back into the final stretch of the academic year, the advising department is here to support you every step of the way. There are some exciting things happening at CECOLC – one of them being that the advising department has started their fall 2024 advising appointments! If you haven’t done so already, please make sure you all are signed up for an appointment ASAP!

Also, if you’re a middle school student, mark your calendars! Our first Middle School Huddle is scheduled for April 4th from 1pm to 2pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to connect with their advisors, share experiences from the break, discuss academic goals, and address any concerns or questions they may have. It will be a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and learn about the various resources that students can expect from their point person here at CECOLC. Middle school students, please check your calendar for an invitation from your assigned advisor.

Lastly, we want to encourage you all to keep up your good work. We're here to support you all in achieving your academic and personal goals, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance or guidance.

We look forward to connecting with you in the upcoming weeks!

Keep soaring high,

CECOLC Advising Department

Are you needing some extra help? Please pick from a variety of tutors to help get the support you need!

Academic Support

Staff Spotlight!

Mrs. Maggie Crulo is our student services coordinator. Mrs. Crulo earned her bachelor's degree in family and human development from Arizona State University. At CECOLC, she supports both teachers and students, works one-on-one with students on goal setting, and manages the tutoring program. She loves that the CEC Online Campus is able to meet students where they are at physically and academically. Outside of school, she enjoys gardening, running, and traveling. If she could have one superpower it would be to fly, so she can travel the world for free!

Teacher Appreciation Week!

CEC parents and students, as Teacher Appreciation Week (April 29-May 3) approaches, we invite you to share your gratitude and appreciation by submitting short videos expressing your thanks to our dedicated educators. Let's come together to celebrate their hard work and impact on our lives.

You can help! Record a short video (15-20 seconds max) of why you appreciate a specific CEC teacher or staff member and send it to marketing@coloradoearlycolleges.org with the subject line “TAW Video.” Please include your first name, whether you are a parent or student, and which CEC campus it’s for in the email message. The deadline to submit is April 15.
