Happy Summer!

Whether you are spending your days taking classes, working, enjoying the great outdoors, or lounging by the pool, we hope you are enjoying this beautiful Colorado summer!

We want to give a special shout out to our 2024 Graduates as they move on to their next adventures!

Summer is a time of transition for CEC - as our 2024 Grads move on and advising wraps up, we begin to welcome our new CEC students and prepare for the upcoming Fall Semester.

We look forward to continuing to serve all of our students and families in the

2024-2025 school year!

The CEC Westminster Team will be out for a short Summer Break from June 28th through July 9th. If you have already met with your advisor and need support registering for classes, please contact the concurrent enrollment department at your community college, and send an email to your advisor to keep us in the loop. We will follow up with you when we return from break.

As you register for classes or make schedule changes, please remember to send a copy of your Fall schedule to your advisor!

Diplomas

If you have not pick up your diploma from our Westminster office, please contact Ann Crider to coordinate a pick up date on or after July 10th, after we return from our Summer Break.

Outstanding Grad fees must be paid and Exit Forms must be completed before we can release your diploma. Grad fees can be paid by cash or check at the Westminster office, or you can contact Cheryl Stilo in the CECFC Business Office to pay by card (970)377-0044 ext. 18100.

Textbook Reimbursement Information

Summer Reimbursement Request Deadline is July 19th

Textbook Reimbursement Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: The link above is the form for TEXTBOOKS ONLY.

If you are submitting a request for a laptop there is a separate form.

Eligibility Requirements:

Textbook/Materials must be REQUIRED for the course
You must have remaining funds on your voucher
Reimbursement will be first applied to any outstanding fees on the students account as listed in Infinite Campus
Be sure to provide ALL required documentation when you complete the form

Important!

In order to access the Reimbursement Form, you must be signed into your

CEC student email account.

Remember - this is NOT your community college account.

Your CEC Student Email will follow the format below:

firstname.lastname@CECstudents.org

See info in the section labeled "CEC IT Support", if you need additional assistance.

CECFC IT Support is available Tuesday through Thursday, 8am -3:30pm.

All CEC departments will be closed for Summer Break from June 28th - July 10th.

New CEC student accounts will not be activated till the end of July. New students are not eligible for Summer Semester Textbook Reimbursement.

Remember, CEC IT Support can only assist you with your CEC Student Accounts.

If you need support with your community college accounts, please reach out to your college's IT team.

Fall Semester enrollment has closed, however, we are still accepting enrollment applications for the Spring 2025 Semester!

Have you told a friend about Colorado Early Colleges?

If they enrolled for the 2024-2025 school year, you may be eligible for Refer-a-Friend Rewards!

How does Refer-a-Friend Work?

You told a friend about Colorado Early Colleges.
They enrolled with CEC for the 2024-2025 school year.
Be sure you fill out our Refer-A-Friend form and submit it by October 1st, 2024.
If your friend stays enrolled through October 31st, you will receive a $100 Gift Card for each Full-Time referral or a $50 Gift Card for each Part-Time referral.
