Late last year, Governor Murphy and the New Jersey Legislature finalized an agreement on the New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020, which creates a variety of different corporate tax incentive programs to help attract and retain businesses in the state. Please join us to hear New Jersey Economic Development Authority's Chief Executive Officer, Tim Sullivan, discuss the new tax incentive programs approved as a part of this Act, including how they differ from their predecessors, Grow NJ and the Economic Redevelopment and Growth (ERG) Program, and when businesses that are interested in taking advantage of the programs can start to do so.
