2023 Circle of Excellence Application

Submission Deadline: Monday, February 5, 2024 by 4:30 PM

Mail or deliver in person to CCRA Office: 1901 Main Street, STE 175 Columbia, SC 29201

Applications WILL NOT be accepted after the DEADLINE!

The Circle of Excellence Award is presented to CCRA members who succeeded in their business, while supporting their REALTOR® community by participating in Association events!

You MUST have a Minimum of 10,000 Points and a Minimum of $50,000 in GCI (Gross Commission Income) to qualify.

If you went over and beyond 10,000 participation points requirement, you may have qualified for the Star of Distinction! Please read the Rules and Regulations for more details.

Upon submission of the application, CCRA staff will contact you for payment if you choose to attend the Circle of Excellence Gala.

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation Course

When: February 12-13 2024, 2-Day In-Person Training from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Price: $199 (Originally $249, SAVE $50!) *Plus Transaction Cost

Instructor: Todd Beckstrom

Circle of Excellence Points: 16,000

Continuing Education: 16 Hours

The SRS Course will redefine your "normal" and reinvent the way you represent sellers. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.
