Hi All,

June is "busting out all over." Trees and flowers in full bloom.

Don’t forget our picnic drive is fast approaching. June 15th to be precise. Bring your own lunch, or save your appetite for hot dogs and beans once again prepared by grill master Pat.

Our May appreciation dinner was fantastic! A delicious array of food catered by Mazzeos of Pittsfield. Dessert bar assortment from the Marketplace in Sheffield. Many thanks to Harvey and Mary for treating us to this gastronomic delight. Jack Waldheim played throughout the evening, and we also had a first-class bar tender (many thanks to Malcom).

Harvey led a very quick club briefing message reminding us of the upcoming events. Glenn van Oort closed out the quick meeting with a heart-warming reading of his “Poem of Appreciation Due.” See the sidebar to enjoy the full poem.

I believe congratulations are in order to Team Waller at Devon winning the appointment class--more details to follow.

Don't forget to contact Laurie for volunteer opportunities at the August show. It's never too soon to put this on your calendar and you don't have to devote the whole day!!!!

See you all soon,
