Lee County has proposed amendments to the Lee Plan that would clarify the county’s policy as it pertains to commercial/industrial development on land with impacted wetlands.
These amendments are now before the Board of Lee County Commissioners for consideration and the anti-growth/environmental groups are now pushing to stop its adoption.
If this happens, we estimate that 90% of develop-able commercial/industrial property will be taken off the market!
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
- Alert your employees, trades, friends and family.
- Contact your commissioners to vote YES on comprehensive land use change CPA 2019-00001.
They need to hear from as many citizens as possible, connected to the building
industry or not.
